"WebArt by Zentao" specializes in fast loading, search engine optimized pages that are beautiful but effective. We custom create stimulating electronic images and sound applications for commercial and private internet sites. Designed to attract the attention of middle to high end users for sites which focus on quality products & content, we keep interest high without sacrificing content.

We still accept orders for commercial and web-ready art, however, we are no longer
accepting web site design and/or construction projects except in the rarest of circumstances
where we feel our vision and techniques are critical to the project.
At this time, our client list is full so we also are no longer accepting new clients seeking web site promotion.

Web Design and Construction Pricing Structure
Price is determined on a project by project basis. An average personal web site will cost you around $2000. Small (under 100 products) commercial sites with shopping cart applications start around $5000 and average $8000. Commercial sites using static html pages and forms are less. In short, the less man-hours it takes, the less expensive it is. Should you decide midway through that you want radical changes, then the final price will reflect that, based on a rate of $60 per hour.
Estimates are free. Once we accept you as our client, we require half down, the balance upon completion, payable by check, MO, wire transfer, or Visa/MC (US funds). Should you desire design ideas prior to engaging our service, we require a prepaid fee of 10% of our estimate. All fees paid are non-refundable.

- our experience,
- our custom, web-optimized, original artwork,
- our hand-coded pages constructed to be compatible with the major browsers and optimized for major search engines,
- the special application programming we utilize to make the sites we build as successful as possible.
Our focus is to build beautiful sites that are navigable to as broad a number of surfers as possible. We keep it as simple as possible, yet never sacrifice quality, and we know our code and don't depend on shortcuts and "cheats" like many who claim to be web designers. (In other words, we don't use wizard applications that will leave your site vulnerable to malicious hackers, and we don't use WYSIWYG programs that will leave your site incompatible with many browsers. )
